Lactarius rugatus? Russula foetens?

Caro Barbanera, thank you for the nice pictures from your country.
1. The first pictures is titled "Lactarius rugatus". In my opinion it is not, but L. volemus. L. rugatus has much more distant gills ("lamelle spaziate"), L. volemus has crowed gills ("lamelle fitte"). Another difference is the reaction on FeSO4: rosa = L. rugatus, green = L. volemus 2. The picture titled Russula foetens may well represent R. inamoena. In my opinion it is unusual for R. foetens that the cap becomes totally flat, but R. inamoena shows this more often. If you have exsiccates you should have a look at the spores, they are very different in ornamentation. Best regards,
