Hallo Fuzzi und Ingo,
es kann durchaus Laubholz gewesen sein - Funde von L. lepideus auf Laubholz sind zwar nicht so häufig, kommen aber durchaus vor. Ich sah die Art z.B. mal bei Kitzingen in der Stammwunde einer stehenden Pappel.
